PRESENTATION OF THE

ASSOCIAZIONE NAZIONALE INCISORI ITALIANI

Associazione Incisori, was founded in Vigonza (Padua) in 1986 and later became the Associazione Nazionale Incisori Italiani on the initiative of a group of artists, estimators and collectors to promote and spread the knowledge of original art graphics. All events are done at Da Peraga Castle.

The Association is open to ALL: engravers, sympathizers and supporters.

Membership of the Association doesn’t entail duties, but offers some opportunities:
– free participation in the annual collective “ARTE GRAFICA ITALIANA” from the end of November to December 31st every year.
– participation in the “4 ARTISTI ITALIANI” in the summer time.
Over the years these Artists have participated:
PALAZZETTI Beatrice, GRIESSER Maya, VANZETTO Angela, ANACREONTE Francesco, PERRELLA Mariarosaria, IMPINTO Luca, TREGAMBE Girolamo, GRASSI Antonina e IAPICHINO Simona.

During the exhibitions, visitors interested in purchasing the exhibits will be invited to contact the authors directly. During the period of the events, on agreed days and times, free guided tours are for groups and students and demonstration courses on how to make an etching. To encourage the diffusion of graphic arts, every day and for the entire duration of the exposition, one of the visitors, chosen by lot, will be given an engraving offered by the members of the association. The advertising poster of the exhibition, mentioning the member’s names and addresses, is always published in art magazines.

The annual membership fee for EXHIBITORS MEMBER is € 45,00. The payment can be made onccp n.11995990 intestato all’Associazione Nazionale Incisori Italiani, via dell’Artigianato 3, 35010 Vigonza (Padova) o con bonifico (IBAN IT69D07601121 00000011995990).
Every EXHIBITORS member receives the personal membership form to take part in various initiatives scheduled during the year and thus he can also take advantage of some further opportunities (appointment of the Member of the Year and/or Honorary Member, on-line advertisement, mounting of personal and collective exhibitions, taking part in different types of advertising, inclusion in the association website and Facebook, and so on).

We have attached pictures of engravings for those who want them by paying the fee of € 45,00 as FRIENDLY MEMBERS and you can choose one work, or more. More you support us more engravings you will receive among those proposed in the blog attached to the site.

The Association isn’t envolved in any form of profit and doesn’t print for third parties.

The Association annualy has 16 ART CONTESTS. All the work can be sent from the beginning of the year, they will be recorder and made available to the Jury for the evaluation scheduled.

What distinguishes these competitions is the absence of constraints that may limit the modalities of participation: it is possible to participate with works that have not even recently been realized; no limitation in minimum and maximum measures; the works may have already been awarded or exhibited in other similar events.

On Facebook it is possible to visit the “Associazione Nazionale Incisori Italiani” page where all the member’s works are published.

The Association has been collecting all the engravings given by its members in the Contemporary Italian Graphic Arts Museum and exposed at the town hall of Vigonza and at the Da Peraga’s Castle.

The copy of the new catalog “ITALIAN ENGRAVERS” is already ready which will feature color works but also paintings, watercolors , pastels, sculptures, photos and poems. All in a personalized way because the engravers AREN’T ONLY ENGRAVED. We are waiting for the most favorable time to get it printed, given the printing price increases.
